本文介绍自行设计的可变风量、风压的风机试验台,筒式风送干贮仓和斗式升运机,对筒仓风送籼稻的主要参数进行了正交择优试验,并作了统计分析。结论是:风机的风量8000m~3/h、风压853Pa、稻谷含杂率控制在2%以下、含水率13~14%、底板开孔率4.4%为筒仓仓底风送排粮较优参数组合方案;其风送残留量为零,功率消耗4.3kW,风送效率8t/h。这种较优参数组合方案,可供筒式风送干贮仓和方仓风送排粮设计参考。
This paper introduces the variable air volume, wind pressure fan test bench, drum-type air-dry storage silo and bucket elevator, designed orthogonal test of the main parameters of the silo wind-fed indica rice, and made statistics analysis. The conclusion is: the fan air volume 8000m ~ 3 / h, wind pressure 853Pa, rice impurity control rate below 2%, moisture content 13 ~ 14%, the floor opening rate of 4.4% Parameter combination scheme; the residual amount of wind transmission is zero, the power consumption is 4.3 kW and the wind transmission efficiency is 8 t / h.
