水泥仓料位自动测量手段是多种多样的,如电容料位测量法、γ射线透视法、浮球升降法、音叉法等。但均需要有自动化仪表专业人员维护。由于我厂目前还不具备这个条件,而又需要随时测定仓内水泥库存最和及时了解上料、下料输送变化量,我们采用重锤料位探测器通过二次仪表作记录和显示出来。通过试验,其性能稳定可靠,维修量小,不仅大大提高了测量精度,而且减轻了工人劳动强度,实现了远距离操作控制。现将其控制方案简介如下。
