运动员在训练和比赛期间,常发生右上腹肝区疼痛,一般认为是运动性肝痛,或叫“肝区疼痛症候群”。此症早在50年代初就已引起各国运动医学工作者的注意并进行多方面探讨,当时主要认为是由于肝循环障碍所致。近些年来的研究表明,肝脏实质性病变以及胆道系统疾患可能是造成运动性肝痛的重要原因之一。本文报道的40例罹患胆道疾患的运动员均有反复发作的肝区疼痛史。对于探讨运动性肝病的病因具有一定的参考价值。
Athletes in the training and competition, often occurs in the right upper quadrant liver pain, generally considered to be sports liver pain, or “liver pain syndrome.” This disease as early as the early 50s has attracted the attention of sports medical workers in various countries and conduct a multi-faceted discussion, was mainly due to liver cirrhosis. In recent years, studies have shown that substantial liver disease and biliary disorders may be one of the major causes of exercise-induced liver pain. This article reports 40 cases of athletes suffering from biliary disorders have recurrent liver pain history. For the discussion of the etiology of exercise-induced liver disease has a certain reference value.
