为了充分利用纤维素,目前国内外对纤维素酶产生菌的研究工作得到极大发展。通过新华滤纸为唯一碳源的Hutchison液体培养基和羧甲基纤维素培养基从高黎贡山土壤中分离得到10株纤维素分解菌。以6号菌为试验菌进行了试验条件和酶活测定研究,结果表明:6号菌在50℃、pH值为7、培养6 d后具有最高的CMCase、FPAase酶活。
In order to make full use of cellulose, cellulase producing bacteria at home and abroad have been greatly developed. Ten strains of cellulolytic bacteria were isolated from the soil of Gaoligong Mountain by using Hutchison liquid medium and carboxymethylcellulose medium with Xinhua filter paper as sole carbon source. The results showed that strain 6 showed the highest activity of CMCase and FPAase at 50 ℃ and pH 7 after 6 days.
