Salen是醛及其衍生物与各种二胺缩合形成的四齿席夫碱类化合物。其结构独特,能够与多种金属生成稳定的配合物,被广泛的应用于有机合成反应中。本文综述了近年来Salen手性配体在三种经典不对称催化反应中的研究进展。
Salen is a tetradentate Schiff base compound formed by the condensation of aldehydes and their derivatives with various diamines. Its unique structure, with a variety of metal to generate stable complexes, is widely used in organic synthesis reaction. This review summarizes the recent progress of the Salen chiral ligands in three classical asymmetric catalysis reactions.
