同伴是教师专业成长中最基本的支持力量。当遇到教育教学问题时,寻求同事的帮助是教师最常用的方式。面对教师对“同伴互助”的需求,作为校长,该如何引领学校形成“同伴互助”的文化?作为教研组长,该如何在组内促进真实有效的“同伴互助”?作为教师,又该如何积极地参与“同伴互助”并借助“同伴互助”的力量实现自己一步步的专业成长?
Companionship is the most basic support force for teacher professional growth. When faced with problems of education and teaching, seeking the help of a colleague is the most common way for teachers. Faced with the demand of teachers for “compared to mutual assistance”, how can a school principal as a principal lead the school to form a “comparative mutual assistance ” culture? As a teaching and research team leader, how can I promote real and effective “comparison mutual help” in the group? As a teacher, how should I actively participate in “Peer Mutual Assistance” and use the power of “Peer Mutual Assistance” to achieve my own professional development step by step?
