水生动物的胚胎发育,需要一定的环境盐度。(1941,1945)指出,鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpioL.)拟鲤(Rutilus rutilus Caspius Jak)、鳊鱼(Abramis brama L.)等鲤科鱼类的卵,正常发育的最高盐度界限为8~10‰。伊东镇雄(1953)发现,香鱼(Plecoglossus altivclis Temminck et Schlogel)卵球在1/4~1/7M的任氏液中,卵割受阻;少数勉强开始分裂者,不久也趋死亡。为了解白鲢(Hypo-phthalmiehthys molitrix CuvierValenciennes)胚胎和仔鱼的耐盐度,我们进行了此项研究。
Aquatic animal embryo development, the need for a certain degree of environmental salinity. (1941, 1945) pointed out that the maximum normal developmental salinities of eggs of Cyprinus carpioLii, Cyprinus rutilus Caspius Jak, and Abramis brama L. were between 8 and 10 ‰ . Ito Jinxiong (1953) found that oocysts in the sweetfish (Plecoglossus altivicis Temminck et Schlogel) were hampered orally in 1/4 to 1/7 M of Rengel’s solution, and those who barely started to divide began soon to die. To understand the salinity of Hypo-phthalmiehthys molitrix Cuvier Valenciennes embryos and larvae, we conducted this study.
