本报讯记者时宜报道为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见》有关“制修订装配式建筑工程定额”的要求、满足装配式建筑工程计价需要,住房城乡建设部近日发布《装配式建筑工程消耗量定额》(以下简称《定额》),自2017年3月1日起执行。《定额》与《房屋建筑和装饰工程消耗量定额》(TY01-31-2015)配套使用,原《房屋建筑和装饰工程消耗量定额》(TY01-31-2015)中的相关装配式建筑构件安装子目(定额编号5-356~5-373)同时废止。
