西安煤矿机械厂铸造车间和机修车间的革命职工,在党的“九大”团结胜利路线的指引下,经过两个月艰苦奋战,将电炉变压器改装成强迫油循环水冷,解决了变压器温升过高问题。原来在自然循环冷却情况下,连续开炉4小时30分,上层油温达 80℃,温升为52℃(变压器容量1000仟伏安,超负荷15%运行,测定时室温28~29℃)。使用强迫油循环水冷后,连续开炉,上层油温可控制在45℃以下,温升约 17℃。改装前,上层油温达 80℃时,下层油温在54℃左右,温差达26℃,改装后温差仅2℃左右。改装后,由于冷却和均温效果良好,在超载15%的情况下,变压器连续作业不
