I. INTRODUCTION The residual carbon steel after heat treatment of grade II steel bars (referred to as K-II grade steel bars) is based on steel 3 or steel 4 as a blank, and uses the residual hot water after cold rolling to achieve a hot rolled II grade steel performance index. High-efficiency steel. This is of great significance for saving ferromanganese, ferrosilicon alloys, reducing production costs, and expanding the supply of grade II steel bars. Countries such as the Soviet Union and East Germany used this method to produce steel bars in the 1970s. The relevant departments of our country attach great importance to this and listed it as a national key project during the “July 5th” period, and organized technical research. Tianjin Rolling Mill No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as Tian Gang) and Anshan Iron and Steel Plant (hereinafter referred to as Anshan Steel) have completed the development task of K-II steel bars and achieved good results.
