目的研究缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)蛋白在子宫腺肌病(AM)中的表达及其临床意义。方法取AM异位内膜50例,AM在位内膜50例,正常子宫内膜20例,应用免疫组化二步法对HIF-1蛋白的表达进行研究、分析。结果 HIF-1在异位和在位内膜中的表达高于正常子宫内膜(均<0.05),异位内膜中表达高于在位内膜(<0.05);异位和在位内膜分泌期中表达高于增生期(均<0.05);在正常子宫内膜中在分泌期和增生期中表达差异无统计学意义(均>0.05)。结论 AM中的异位内膜细胞相对处于缺氧状态,促进HIF-1蛋白的表达,参与AM的血管生成,对AM异位内膜细胞的异位种植和存活创造了条件。
Objective To study the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) protein in adenomyosis (AM) and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty cases of AM ectopic endometrium, 50 cases of AM eutopic endometrium and 20 cases of normal endometrium were studied. The expression of HIF - 1 protein was studied by immunohistochemical two - step method. Results The expression of HIF-1 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium was higher than that in normal endometrium (all <0.05), and higher in ectopic endometrium than in eutopic endometrium (<0.05) The expression of MMP-9 in the secretory phase was higher than that in the proliferative phase (all <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of secretory phase and proliferative phase in normal endometrium (all> 0.05). Conclusion The ectopic endometrial cells in AM are relatively hypoxia, promote the expression of HIF-1 protein, participate in the angiogenesis of AM, and create the conditions for the ectopic implantation and survival of AM eutopic endometrial cells.
