病害问题是阻碍水产养殖产业发展的瓶颈之一。抗生素等药物的大量使用,易造成致病菌抗药性,危害环境和食品安全。聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)是短链脂肪酸β-羟基丁酸的聚合体,为热塑性聚酯,具有生物可降解性、生物相容性等特点。研究表明,在碳、氮营养失衡的情况下,细菌胞内可以积累PHB作为碳源和能量储备;此外,PHB能够抑制致病菌,且不产生抗药性。本文综述了PHB的结构特性、合成和检测方法,介绍了其在水产动物中的作用,并展望了PHB在水产动物肠道免疫中未来的研究趋势。
Disease is one of the bottlenecks hindering the development of aquaculture industry. Antibiotics and other drugs in large quantities, easy to cause pathogenic bacteria resistance, endangering the environment and food safety. Poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) is a short chain fatty acid β-hydroxybutyrate polymer, a thermoplastic polyester, with biodegradability, biocompatibility and so on. Studies have shown that in the case of imbalance of carbon and nitrogen nutrition, bacterial cells can accumulate PHB as a carbon source and energy reserve; in addition, PHB can inhibit pathogenic bacteria and does not produce drug resistance. This review summarizes the structural characteristics, synthesis and detection methods of PHB, introduces its role in aquatic animals, and looks forward to the future research trend of PHB in aquatic animal intestinal immunity.
