余干实验小学是一所城镇实验性小学,也是一所窗口学校。现有在校学生2692人,教职工128人。其中7名省级骨干教师,7名省优秀班主任,1名省优秀辅导员,5名市学科带头人,7名市优秀青年教师。今年以来,学校在新的领导班子带领下,遵循教育规律,创新评价机制,紧紧围绕“以德育为首位、教学为中心、安全为保障”的办学理念,不断更新教育观念,规范办学行为,转变工作作风,努力凸显本校在全县小学的“示范中心、教研中心、培训中心”的地位。该校主要从以下几方面扎实推进:一、实行年级组长负责制。学校在开学后对领导分管工作做了相应调整,实行岗位责任制,确定了各自职责,加强了管理力量。年级组长依据《余干县实验小学班级日常管理量化细则》,对各班在“班容班貌”“环境卫生”“校风校纪”“文明形象”“学习品质”等五个方面每天进行评估、量化、公示。二、建立教学质量评价激励机制。
