目的 总结完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术(totally exntraperitoneal prosthesis,TEP)的手术经验及技巧.方法 2010-01-2010-09宁夏人民医院分院收治腹股沟疝患者10例,均在全麻下行TEP,记录手术时间,手术中出血量等一般手术情况,对结果进行统计分析.结果 手术时间60～150 min.术中出血10～40 ml,术后阴囊及皮下气肿2例,术后3～7 d出院.随访1～10个月,术后无疝复发.结论 TEP安全、可靠,并发症少,且操作简单易行.
