通常在浇灌墙柱构件混凝土以及施工缝时,按规程需清理、湿润、接缝并铺垫减石子混凝土来保证接缝处不出现烂根的现象.但有些工地由于管理跟不上、工人素质差,未按要求做,且多用预拌混凝土,再加上小流水施工,有时一个工作班少的时候浇灌几根柱子,要铺垫的砂浆量非常小,搅拌站不愿送,或遇到塔吊、地泵出现故障,罐车路上堵车,混凝土浇灌时间往往超出预计时间,第一车来的砂浆往往超过终凝时间,没有流动性,有时只能作为垃圾处理.针对这种情况,可利用工地的下脚料,制作一种耙子将工作面的混凝土取出一些,将里面的石子用耙子搂出,剩下的即为随时要用的减石子混凝土或同强度等级砂浆,这种方法既能保证工程质量,又能使其"新鲜".
