档案利用理论是人们从档案信息资源开发利用活动中概括出来的关于利用档案和档案利用工作的特征、利用工作建设的知识体系。档案利用理论由以下五部分构成:利用档案和档案利用工作的特征、利用基础建设、利用方式与方法、利用需求调查、利用宣传。 一、利用档案和档案利用工作的特征 “‘利用档案’是利用者为了研究和解决各种问题来档案馆使用档案。”刺用档案有以下三点特征: 1.原始性。档案利用者利用的是反映某个问题、事件的原始记录,这是利用档案与其他图书类利用的根本区别。 2.全面性。利用的档案必须全面地反映问题或事件的始末及其各个细节。
