热休克蛋白是应激时细胞快速合成的一组对细胞产生保护作用的蛋白质。近年来应用基因转染技术 ,反义技术 ,基因敲除技术 ,转基因动物技术等在基因水平人工操纵热休克蛋白的表达 ,从而探讨各种应激条件下热休克蛋白家族对心肌保护的作用。
Heat shock proteins are a group of rapidly acting proteins that produce a protective effect on cells when stressed. In recent years, the application of gene transfection, antisense technology, gene knockout technology, transgenic animal technology at the genetic level of artificial manipulation of the expression of heat shock proteins, in order to explore the various stress conditions heat shock protein family on myocardial protection.
