目的：探讨糖尿病患者外科手术麻醉的安全性及有效性。方法：手术治疗的糖尿病患者136例随机分成两组，分别采用硬膜外麻醉和全身麻醉方法，比较两组患者术后1h以及1d血糖等指标。结果：均顺利完成手术，两组患者血糖水平均有不同程度上升。结论：硬膜外麻醉比全身麻醉可以更有效降低手术对血糖的影响。“,”Objective Study the efficacy and safety of surgical anesthesia patients with diabetes.
