通过田间试验,在临沂烟区褐土烟田中,设置了不施氮肥(N0)、施氮82.5kg/hm2(N1)和施氮105kg/hm2(N2)3个处理,研究不同施氮水平对植烟土壤供氮状况及烤烟质量的影响。结果表明,随着施氮水平的增加,土壤中的硝态氮和铵态氮相应升高,烟株的干物质积累量相应增加。在烟株的整个生育期内,烟株的含氮量呈下降趋势,随施氮水平的增加,下降趋势渐缓。上部叶烟碱随施氮水平增加而增加,中部叶和下部叶中的烟碱则下降。
Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of different nitrogen application rates on three treatments of nitrogen fertilizer (N0), nitrogen fertilizer of 82.5kg / hm2 (N1) and nitrogen fertilizer of 105kg / hm2 (N2) Nitrogen Supply in Tobacco Planting and Quality of Flue - cured Tobacco. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen application, nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in soil increased correspondingly, and the dry matter accumulation of tobacco plants increased accordingly. During the whole growth period of tobacco plants, the nitrogen content of tobacco plants showed a downward trend, with the increase of nitrogen application, the decline trend slowed down. The nicotine in the upper leaves increased with the increase of nitrogen application, while the nicotine in the leaves of the middle and lower leaves decreased.
