随着新刑诉法的实施,技术性证据将作为许多刑事案件定罪量刑的主要证据,其重要作用日益显现的同时也对其提出了更高的质量要求。因此,相关技术人员应当结合对修改后的刑事诉讼法和有关法律法规的学习,在出具技术性证据的过程中,进一步强化证据意识,增强职业的风险意识,从而使出具的技术性证据更加合法、规范,更具说服力。
