本文结合工程实例,讨论了液压滑升模板支承杆与上部平台结构共同工作,进行整体稳定性的计算方法。通过滑升模板体系的设计与施工实践验证,这种计算方法较能正确地描述支承杆的受力状况,符合实际工作情形。文中提出的计算方法,对墙体、筒式结构的滑升模板体系的设计均可适用。它既可节省大量钢材,又可确保滑升模板体系的结构安全。
In this paper, combined with engineering examples, the discussion of hydraulic sliding formwork support rods and the upper platform structure work together to calculate the overall stability of the method. Through the design and construction practice of sliding formwork system, this calculation method is more accurate to describe the bearing force of the support rod, which is in line with the actual work situation. The calculation method proposed in this paper can be applied to the design of sliding template system for wall and barrel structures. It can save a lot of steel, but also to ensure the structural safety of sliding template system.
