本文从单机容量、蒸汽参数、可用率、劳动生产率、制造工艺、设计特点和技术经济效果等方面对国内外电站锅炉的现状作了逐项比较。指出:为适应国民经济发展需要,应加速研制大容量、高参数机组和推广热电站、解决烧劣质煤引起的各种问题,并需适当引进和研制新型的调峰机组。预测到二○○○年前电站锅炉的发展仍以改进设计结构和燃烧方面为主。展望了发展趋势。
This article makes a one-to-one comparison of the status quo of power plant boilers at home and abroad from stand-alone capacity, steam parameters, availability, labor productivity, manufacturing technology, design features and technical and economic effects. It is pointed out that in order to meet the needs of the development of the national economy, it is necessary to speed up the development of large capacity and high - parameter generating units and popularize thermal power stations so as to solve various problems caused by burning inferior coal and to introduce and develop new type of peaking units appropriately. It is predicted that the development of power plant boilers by the year 2000 will still be dominated by improvements in design structure and combustion. Looking forward to the development trend.
