将Seminar制度引入到双语教师的培训中,通过这一制度的实施,让学员反复练习和相互观摩学习,锻炼利用汉语进行思维和表达的能力,获得关于汉语使用的积极情感体验,得到能力和自信的提升。学员内在的情感体验为以后学习汉语奠定一定的态度和方法基础,从而有利于汉语学习动机的加强和学习兴趣的激发,这一研究旨在为新疆少数民族双语教师的培养探索一种理论与实践相结合的方法。
