一、葛洲坝水利枢纽二江工程长江葛洲坝水利枢纽是国家重点建设项目之一,二江工程包括二江泄水闸和二江电厂,1970年12月30日开工,1983年9月3日竣工,概算9.355亿元,决算9.306亿元。葛洲坝代表处负责工程项目建设,长办负责设计,葛洲坝工程局负责施工。1985年4月19日二江工程经国家验收合格。二江泄水闸为开敞式,共27孔,挡水前沿总长498米,最大泄水流量83900立方米/秒,自左至右分做三个分区,可根据洪水大小分区开启。
