饮料的总糖含量是产品的质量指标,也是鉴定“颜色水”(用糖精香精、色素总制的饮料)的重要卫生指标.通过手持糖量仪法和国标直接滴定法(GB—5009.8—85)检测总糖含量结果对照,认为在普通果味、果汁等饮料中两法的检测结果无显著性差异.
