考生面临重大考试会出现各种紧张或焦虑状况。适度焦虑有助于集中精力,全神贯注地准备考试,但如果焦虑程度过大,会导致反应迟钝、心神不安、情绪不佳等症状。考前良好的心理状态有利于考生发挥正常水平,其标准有:积极的态度,良好的智力状态,自信心强,适度的紧张感和压力等。考生应端正对考试的态度,可采用行为矫正的方法,还可通过放松训练,以减轻考试焦虑。考生还应注意合理分配时间,提高抗挫折能力,防止考前疲劳。
Candidates face a variety of stress or anxiety during major exams. Moderate anxiety helps to focus and concentrate on preparing for the exam. However, if the degree of anxiety is too high, it can lead to unresponsiveness, anxiety, and poor mood.
