本研究采用超小型测力仪插入两推块和遥测装置之间在几种固定速比下测量主动和从动带轮上推块压缩力分布。同时采用一种特别设计的推块测出了环拉力的分布。从实验结果可以作出以下结论 :( 1 )推块压缩力分布在主动带轮上明显不同于从动带轮。( 2 )环拉力在带的各边不同 ,这种现象由于两带轮间支承面速度不同造成的。
In this study, the micromechanical force meter was used to measure the compressive force distribution between the driven and driven pulleys. At the same time, a specially designed push block was used to measure the ring tension distribution. From the experimental results we can make the following conclusions: (1) Push block compression force distribution on the driving pulley is obviously different from the driven pulley. (2) Ring tension in different sides of the belt, this phenomenon due to the speed difference between the two support surfaces caused.
