目的:观察大鼠第三脑室视上区接触脑脊液神经元的形态,探讨其作用。方法:采用扫描电镜和透射电镜进行研究。结果:在全部材料中都观察到了接触脑脊液神经元的树突终末和轴突终末,在一些材料中观察到了接触脑脊液神经元的核周体。树突终末及胞体表面有成簇的9×2+0型纤毛,轴突终末表面光滑无纤毛。结论:在大鼠第三脑室视上区证实有接触脑脊液神经元的存在。视上区除已证实的途径参与调节外,还存在接触脑脊液神经元途径参与神经-体液调节。
Objective: To observe the morphological changes of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) neurons in the supraoptic area of the third ventricle in rats and to explore their roles. Methods: Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to study. RESULTS: Dendritic terminals and axonal terminals exposed to cerebrospinal fluid neurons were observed in all materials and nuclear pericytes contacting cerebrospinal fluid neurons were observed in some materials. End of dendrites and cell body surface clusters of 9 × 2 +0 cilia, axonal terminal smooth surface without cilia. CONCLUSION: Cerebral spinal fluid neurons are confirmed in the supraventricular area of the rat. In addition to the already proven pathways involved in the regulation of the area, there are also access to cerebrospinal fluid neuronal pathways involved in neuro-humoral regulation.
