中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所研制成功的《带有信号自同步增强装置的测桩仪》最近获得国家专利权(专利号892009756)。该仪适用于各种灌注桩、预制桩及其它混凝土制品的质量检测及单桩承载力分析,也可用于其它领城的冲击、振动测试与分析。仪器集微机、磁盘机、打印绘图机、高速波存于一体,结合桩基动测及岩土工程动力参数测试之特点,在硬件、软件的设计上比照了美国,日本等国的PDA打桩分析仪、EGG2401数字地震仪、SM2100信号分析仪的先进性能与指标,做到了一机多能。该仪经过了五代产品的改进,8位精度采样速率可在1.25~12.5ms内选择,12位精度采样速率可在3.5μs~35ms内选择。除图形处理、数字信号分析等软件外,还配有
The “Pilot Tester with Signal Self-Synchronization Enhancement Device” successfully developed by the Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences has recently obtained the national patent (patent number 892009756). The instrument is suitable for the quality inspection of various cast-in-place piles, prefabricated piles and other concrete products as well as the analysis of the bearing capacity of single piles. It can also be used for impact and vibration testing and analysis in other cities. The instrument integrates microcomputer, disk drive, print plotter, and high-speed wave storage, and combines the characteristics of dynamic testing of pile foundations and geotechnical engineering dynamic parameters. It compares the PDA piling analysis in the United States, Japan and other countries in terms of hardware and software design. Instrument, EGG2401 digital seismometer, SM2100 signal analyzer advanced performance and indicators, to achieve a machine and more energy.
