为探讨微血管密度 (MVD)及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达与鼻咽癌 (NPC)侵袭转移关系 ,在分子水平干预肿瘤血管生成 ,预防 NPC复发和转移打下基础 ,采用免疫组织化学 S- P法检测了 73例 NPC、 15例鼻咽良性肿瘤、 2 0例无瘤鼻咽部石蜡标本组织中的 MVD及 VEGF表达 ,NPC中转移组 49例 ,非转移组 2 4例。结果 :NPC组织的 MVD及 VEGF表达显著高于鼻咽良性肿瘤组织及无瘤鼻咽组织的表达 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,转移组又较非转移组的表达高 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;MVD及 VEGF的表达与临床分期相关。结论 NPC组织的 MVD及 VEGF有可能作为判断肿瘤生物学行为、转移潜能及预后指标 ,对采用血管生成抑制剂防止 NPC转移有参考价值。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of microvessel density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), to intervene at the molecular level to prevent angiogenesis and prevent the recurrence and metastasis of NPC, and to use immunohistochemistry S- P method was used to detect MVD and VEGF expression in 73 cases of NPC, 15 cases of nasopharyngeal benign tumors, and 20 cases of tumor-free nasopharyngeal paraffin specimens. 49 cases of NPC metastasis group and 24 cases of non-metastatic group. RESULTS: The expression of MVD and VEGF in NPC was significantly higher than that in nasopharyngeal benign tumor tissues and tumor-free nasopharyngeal tissues (P < 0.01). Conclusion The MVD and VEGF of NPC may be used as a judgement of tumor biological behaviors, metastatic potential and prognostic indicators. It may be useful for the prevention of NPC metastasis using angiogenesis inhibitors.
