广州地区胎儿尸体383具(男219,女164),收集时查明末次月经期,计算出该胎儿的受精龄。按周龄分组测量坐高值。数据输入 IBM/PC 微机进行统计分析,得出坐高与胎龄间的线性回归方程为 CR=1.0571+0.8595×胎龄(周)Sx.y=2.9789S_b=0。0203据回归方程计算出各周龄胎儿坐高的预测值,参考国内外胎儿坐高数据,拟定出广州地区胎儿的坐高值为:3月5-8cm,4月9-14cm,5月15-18cm,6月19-22cm,7月23-25cm,8月26-29cm,9月30-32cm,10月33-34cm。坐高与胎龄对应关系存在着明显的规律性。据规律拟定各周龄胎儿坐高值的计算法为:5、6日(17-24周)时周龄减2;4、7、8月(13-16,25-32周)时周龄减3;3、9、10月(9-12,33-38周)时周龄减4。男、女性胎儿的坐高差异不显著。坐高增长呈快慢交替、阶段性发育的特征。慢速增长见于第7和第9月。第3至6月持续快速增长。第8月出现再次快速增长的阶段。
