目的:探讨中药口服加灌肠治疗慢性肾衰(CRF)的疗效。方法:选取我院2009年1月—2013年6月收治的52例慢性肾衰患者,按照自愿原则分为研究组与对照组,对照组单纯应用西医方法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上合用中药口服加灌肠治疗,分析比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率76.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白定量、血红蛋白(Hb)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药口服加灌肠佐治慢性肾衰可显著改善临床症状和理化指标。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus enema on chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Fifty-two patients with chronic renal failure admitted from January 2009 to June 2013 in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the principle of voluntarism. The control group was treated with western medicine alone. The study group was used on the basis of the control group Chinese medicine plus enema oral treatment, analysis and comparison of the two groups of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 96.2% in the study group and 76.9% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The levels of serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) Urinary protein, hemoglobin (Hb), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine plus enema adjuvant chronic renal failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and physical and chemical indicators.
