内蒙古自治区各盟(市)职业学院作为地区的高等职业教育平台,其专业设置是否以当地人才交流市场需求为导向,既关系着职业教育服务于地方经济社会发展职能的发挥,也关系着学院本身的可持续发展。本文通过对一所典型盟市高职院校2004~2013十年来专业设置与地区经济发展的适应性分析,得出了盟(市)高职院校专业设置基本上与地区经济结构发展相适应,但第三产业专业和生源所占比例偏高的结论,为这类院校提供了下一步专业设置与调整的策略。
As a platform for higher vocational education in the region, the professional establishment of vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is not only related to the vocational education serving the development of local economic and social functions, but also to the college itself Sustainable development. By analyzing the adaptability of professional setting and regional economic development in a typical high vocational college in 2004-2003, this paper concludes that the professional setting of higher vocational colleges in the league (city) basically suits the development of regional economic structure , But the conclusion that the proportion of tertiary industry major and student source is high provides such institutions with the strategy of setting up and adjusting their profession in the next step.
