用反应法制备了TiCl_4/AlEt_3/炭黑催化剂,原位催化乙烯聚合,获得了既不同于结构型又区别于复合型的新型导电聚乙烯。发现较好的聚合条件是:聚合温度35℃;聚合时间20min;Al/Ti=6。测试结果表明材料有良好的PTC(PositiveTemperatureCoefficient)效应,而且性能稳定,不出现NTC(NegativeTemperatureCoefficient)效应。
The TiCl 4 / AlEt 3 / carbon black catalyst was prepared by the reaction method and the ethylene polymerization was catalyzed in situ to obtain a new type of conductive polyethylene which is different from the structural type and complex type. Better polymerization conditions were found: polymerization temperature 35 ℃; polymerization time 20min; Al / Ti = 6. The test results show that the material has a good PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) effect, and the performance is stable, no NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) effect occurs.
