企业家生命表是本研究借鉴生态学和人口学的生命表理论方法与技术,用来研究企业家去职和在职过程的生命周期状态一览表。本企业家生命表以2009年6月底止深沪两市1593家上市公司企业家为样本,全面统计了这些公司上市以来8185位历任董事长和总经理的任离职情况,从静态和动态两个角度进行编制,并以此为基础,采用一系列生命表衍生分析方法,对这些企业家生命过程做了全方位的分析。研究结论:我国上市公司企业家生命周期短暂这一经验性判断,通过企业家生命表的编制与分析得到了证实;我国上市公司企业家生命周期短暂的关键影响因素,是公司治理结构不合理、企业家腐败和企业家能力偏低等问题,因此,努力改善这些关键影响因素,完善公司治理机制的法治化建设,推进企业家社会生态位建设与企业家团队机制建设,将是促进我国企业家健康成长的主要途径。
The entrepreneur life table is a life table methodology and technique that draws on ecology and demography from this study, and is used to study the life cycle status list of entrepreneurs who have resigned from office and on the job. Therefore, efforts to improve these key influencing factors, improve the legalization of the corporate governance mechanism, and promote entrepreneurial social niche construction and entrepreneurial team mechanism building will be to promote our entrepreneurs The main way of healthy growth.
