本文从体能训练的概念入手,剖析体能训练对田径运动员的意义,从而就如何提高田径运动中的体能做了细致的研究,以便为田径运动员的体能训练提供理论参考。
Starting with the concept of physical training, this article analyzes the significance of physical training to track and field athletes, and then makes a detailed study on how to improve the physical training in track and field in order to provide a theoretical reference for the athletic training of track and field athletes.
