C62A型敞车的侧梁上共有88个直径不等的孔,用于安装角柱、侧柱、脚蹬、绳挂、搭扣座和大票插等零部件。原用的加工工艺为样板划线和摇臂钻钻孔,费时、费力和质量差。我厂于1980年2月份着手设计一台侧梁多头钻,8月份开始调试,10月份投入生产运用。几个月的生产实践证明,其性能是令人满意的。这台侧梁多头钻具有:用微电机驱动的独立滚柱代替常用的桁架式滚道,采用多次定位、少用机电设备,节约能源,有利
