“八五”是我市被国家列为全国发展散装水泥和商品砼试点城市的重要时期,也是我市建国以来该事业发展速度最快的时期。“八五”期间我市的散装水泥和商品砼工作,在市政府领导下,在国家、省散办的指导下,各有关部门积极支持配合,广大职工艰苦创业,经过五年的努力,实现了散装水泥年用量25万吨,商品砼60万立方米的目标,圆满地完成了国家下达给我市发展散装水泥和商品砼试点工作的任务。1995年全市共完成散装水泥25.2万吨,是1990年的68倍,年平均增长233%;商品砼使用量达到62.1万立方米,是1990年的40倍,年平均增长166%,增长速度位居全国前列。1996年仍保持增长趋势,1996全市完成散装水泥30.2万吨,商品砼使用量达76万立方米。就这几年来的工作情况,说说我们抓试点工作的几点体会。一、散装水泥工作必须摒弃部门观念,走齐抓共管之路 “Eighth Five-Year Plan” is an important period in which our city has been listed as a national city for the development of bulk cement and commodity pilot cities, and it is also the fastest time for the development of this enterprise since the founding of our city.
