针对不确定性系统复杂特性导致的控制难题,提出了一种基于仿人智能控制的智能融合控制策略。首先对复杂控制系统特性作了剖析,指出了传统控制策略不适合于用于控制复杂系统;其次借助大系统的分解协调原理,讨论了将复杂控制系统分解为运行控制单元以便方便进行控制;基于仿人智能控制,构造了融合控制算法;最后,以机械加工中工业加热炉系统控制为例,对设计的控制算法进行了仿真对比验证。研究结果表明:所提出的控制策略鲁棒性较强,控制精度较高,更适合于复杂不确定性系统控制。
Aiming at the control problems caused by the complex characteristics of uncertain systems, an intelligent fusion control strategy based on humanoid intelligent control is proposed. First of all, the characteristics of complex control system are analyzed, and the traditional control strategy is not suitable for controlling complex systems. Secondly, with the help of the principle of decomposition and coordination of large systems, the disassembly of complex control system into operation control unit is discussed to facilitate the control. Human-like intelligent control, the fusion control algorithm is constructed. Finally, taking the industrial furnace control system in machining as an example, the control algorithm of the design is simulated and compared. The results show that the proposed control strategy is robust and has high control precision and is more suitable for the control of complex uncertainties.
