前 言 近几年来,随机存储技术的进展有了很大的变化。特别是半导体存储技术的迅速发展对整个计算机工业产生了重大的影响,这是因为半导体存储器已进入了标准化的阶段,并已被一些主要的计算机公司用作主存储器。半导体存储器在性能方面显示出许多优点,这些优点是磁芯所不能相比的。尽管如此,磁芯仍然是主要的存储技术,而且凭借其历史悠久的技术基础和物质基础继续进行改革,并利用其低价的特点与半导体存储器相对抗。
Preface In recent years, the progress of random access memory technology has undergone great changes. In particular, the rapid growth of semiconductor memory technology has had a significant impact on the entire computer industry as semiconductor memory has entered a standardized phase and has been used by some major computer companies as main memory. Semiconductor memory shows many advantages in performance, these advantages can not be compared to the core. Despite this, the magnetic core is still the primary storage technology and continues to be reformed on the basis of its long history of technology and material fundamentals, using its low cost characteristics against semiconductor memory.
