九、精神分裂症有哪些治疗方法?精神分裂症的治疗方法有以下几类:(一)药物治疗:这类药物称安定剂或神经安适剂或抗精神病药物,常用的有五类。1.酚噻嗪类脂肪胺族的氯丙嗪(日量300～600毫克),哌嗪族的奋乃静(日量20～60毫克)和三氟拉嗪(日量10～50毫克)。2.硫杂蒽类泰尔登(日量300～600毫克)。3.丁酰苯类氟哌啶醇(日量6～40毫克),五氟利多(口服长效剂,每周一次30～60毫克)。4.苯甲酰胺类舒必利(日量200～800毫克)。5.二苯氧氮平类氯氮平(日量100～400毫克)。(二)休克治疗包括电休克治疗和胰岛素休克治疗。有的采用胰岛素低血糖治疗。电休克一般每周2～3次,总共8～10次,多与其他治疗联合应用。胰岛素休克治疗一疗程包括30～40次昏迷,用干年轻,身体健壮,病期短的病例,多与抗精神病药物联合。
