本文对终端加在线服务平台这种商业模式如何创造价值,以及它们与企业竞争优势之间的关系进行研究发现:在价值创造驱动因素方面,对于公共平台控制企业来说,内容提供商之间的非合作性质的竞争也可以作为价值创造的驱动因素之一。在价值创造的组织形式方面,我们发现并定义了一种新的价值创造组织形式——价值社区。
This article studies how the business model of terminal plus online service platform creates value and the relationship between them and the competitive advantage of enterprises. It finds that in terms of value creation drivers, for the public platform controlling enterprises, Non-cooperative competition can also be one of the drivers of value creation. In terms of the organizational form of value creation, we found and defined a new form of value creation organization - value community.
