为检验重大生产安全事故应急管理和应急响应能力,一汽集团公司于9月19日上午在解放公司卡车厂总装车间举行了油品泄漏燃爆事故应急演练。省安监局副巡视员杨得志及综合监管二处、应急中心的负责同志指导和观摩了演练。一汽集团公司副总经理董春波、解放公司总经理胡汉杰及集团相关单位参加了演练。演练围绕总装车间在生产过程中,板式链发生故障时动用电气焊维修,电焊火花落入24车位地沟废油液沉淀池内发生爆燃,引发连锁爆炸反应这一内容展开。“着火了!着火了!”总装车间F线甲七班班长赵海威
