混合料堵管是长螺旋钻管内泵压CFG桩成桩工艺中最为普遍的问题之一。根据故障树 (FTA)分析原理 ,介绍了长螺旋钻管内泵压CFG桩成桩工艺混合料堵管原因的逻辑分析方法 ,为制定纠正和预防措施提供重要依据。
Blockage of mixed material is one of the most common problems in pumping CFG piles into piles in long spiral drill pipes. Based on the principle of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), the logic analysis method for the reason why the CFG pile is piled in the long spiral drill pipe pumping process and the reason for blockage of the mixed material are introduced, which provides an important basis for the formulation of corrective and preventive measures.
