目的探讨牛棒状杆菌引起的裸鼠过度角化症的临床表现及病理学特征。方法将裸鼠分为两组:正常对照组与过度角化症组,观察发生过度角化症的裸鼠在临床症状期及后临床症状期的临床表现,并通过苏木素-伊红(HE)染色法观察其病理学特征。结果过度角化症裸鼠临床症状期主要表现为裸鼠皮肤表面出现大量白色皮屑,棘层与角化层增厚,进入后临床症状期后皮屑消失,棘层与角化层增厚持续存在。过度角化症组临床症状期棘层厚度(48.11±3.67)μm,与正常对照组棘层厚度(21.45±2.72)μm差异有统计学意义(t=5.87,P=0.0 004);过度角化症组后临床症状期棘层厚度(43.75±3.06)μm,与正常对照组棘层厚度差异也有统计学意义(t=5.45,P=0.0 006)。过度角化症组临床症状期角化层(23.41±3.63)μm,与正常对照组角化层厚度(11.73±1.67)μm差异有统计学意义(t=2.93,P=0.019);过度角化症组后临床症状期角化层(24.73±2.49)μm,与正常对照组角化层厚度差异也有统计学意义(t=4.34,P=0.0 025)。结论应用临床表现与病理学检查相结合的方法可对裸鼠过度角化症做出诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and pathological features of hyperkeratosis in nude mice caused by Corynebacterium. Methods Nude mice were divided into two groups: normal control group and hyperkeratosis group. The clinical manifestations of clinical symptoms and clinical symptoms of nude mice with hyperacute keratosis were observed. The expression of hematoxylin and eosin (HE) Staining method to observe the pathological features. Results The clinical symptoms of over-keratinized nude mice mainly manifested the appearance of a large number of white dander, stratum spinosum and keratinized layer on the skin of nude mice. After entering the clinical symptoms phase, the dander disappeared, and the stratum spinosum and keratosis layer thicken continue living. The thickness of acanthosis (48.11 ± 3.67) μm in clinical symptoms of hyperkeratosis group was significantly different from that in control group (21.45 ± 2.72 μm) (t = 5.87, P = 0.0 004) There was also a statistically significant difference in the thickness of acanthosis (43.75 ± 3.06) μm in clinical symptoms between the two groups (t = 5.45, P = 0.0 006). There was a significant difference between the keratinized layer (23.41 ± 3.63) μm and the keratinized layer (11.73 ± 1.67 μm) in the hyperkeratosis group (t = 2.93, P = 0.019) There was also a statistically significant difference in the thickness of keratinized layer between the symptom group and the control group (t = 4.34, P = 0.0255). Conclusion The application of clinical manifestations and pathological examination combined with the method of diagnosis of over-keratosis in nude mice.
