初中数学学困生的主要原因是被动学习、学不得法,缺乏进一步学习的条件。解决这一问题的方法主要有加强学习方法引导,防止急躁情绪,以求循序渐进,稳步提高成绩。人的素质中很重要的是良好的心理素质,初中数学教学必须渗透心理健康教育,要从整体入手,注重教学目标的渗透,重点是课堂上营造心理健康氛围,教师必须自觉地、有意识地运用心理学原理和方法,既注重传授数学知识技能,又注重培养增进学生的心理健康。
