本文以梅森等效电路为基础,利用付氏变换和数字计算,求算了当超声换能器受阶跃电脉冲激动时,换能器保护膜厚度的变化对辐射声脉冲波形的影响,以及换能器在又发又收时对接收电脉冲波形的影响。
