为得到合肥新桥国际机场航站楼钢结构屋盖中转换节点构件的承载性能,以转换节点部分为重点研究对象,采用千斤顶单拉和单压加载的方式,进行了两个转换节点模型的试验研究.本文建立了试验构件的有限元模型,将试验结果与有限元计算结果进行了对比和分析.有限元计算有效模拟了试验构件的承载性能,试验和有限元结果吻合较好,证明了设计的合理性和安全性.缩尺构件为焊缝断裂的脆性破坏,足尺模型为钢管的压屈破坏,通过施加不同大小的初始缺陷,分析了初始缺陷对于转换节点构件承载性能的影响,发现转换节点构件对于局部的初始缺陷不敏感.通过试验模型的有限元分析,与试验数据相互验证,为设计提供了理论依据.
In order to obtain the bearing capacity of the conversion node components in the roof of steel structure in the terminal of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport, this paper focuses on the conversion nodes, and adopts the single-jack jacking and single-jack loading.
