在实验室研究了聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维( N A C F)的制备条件,如活化温度、活化时间对静态吸附脱除汽油中硫醇的影响。结果表明,活化温度在 800 ℃以上和活化时间在90 m in 以上制得的 N A C F 可直接用于吸附催化裂化汽油中的硫醇,使其硫醇硫含量降到 10 μg/g 以下。负载钴盐后的 N A C F也可脱除汽油中的硫醇,与不负载钴盐相比,对汽油脱硫醇的效果稍有增大。在液固比为 4 000(m L∶g)的条件下,可使汽油中的硫醇硫含量由91.7 μg/g 降到4.5 μg/g。
In the laboratory, the preparation conditions of polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon fiber (N A C F), such as activation temperature and activation time, were investigated. The results show that N A C F, which has an activation temperature above 800 ℃ and an activation time above 90 mins, can be used directly to adsorb mercaptans in FCC gasoline to reduce its mercaptan sulfur content below 10 μg / g . The NACF loaded with cobalt salts can also remove mercaptans from gasoline, slightly increasing the effect on gasoline mercaptan when compared to cobalt salts. Under liquid-solid ratio of 4 000 (m L: g), the mercaptan sulfur content in gasoline can be reduced from 91.7 μg / g to 4.5 μg / g.
