2013年02月25日下午至26日上午,浦东机场出现低云低能见度天气,为分析此次低云低能见度天气过程,本文利用浦东机场气象台的观测资料,该资料从浦东机场逐时实况报METAR报中提取,对影响云底高和能见度的环流形式和气象因子进行初步分析。为进一步分析此次低云低能见度天气成因,本文还利用华东空管局气象中心业务化运行的数值预报系统输出产品,对数值预报的准确性进行评估。
On the afternoon of February 25, 2013 to the morning of the 26th, low clouds and low visibility weather occurred in Pudong Airport. In order to analyze the low-cloud and low-visibility weather process, this paper uses the observation data of Pudong Airport Weather Station, which is reported from Pudong Airport METAR report extraction, on the impact of cloud bottom height and visibility of the circulation patterns and meteorological factors for a preliminary analysis. In order to further analyze the causes of the weather with low cloud and low visibility, this paper also makes use of the numerical forecast system output products of the operational operation of East China Air Traffic Control Station’s Meteorological Center to evaluate the accuracy of numerical forecasting.
